Simulation results indicated that implementing a priority-based system and optimizing workstation utilization significantly improved efficiency, reduced wait times, and enhanced overall service delivery at AMMF. By applying lean principles and data-driven decision-making, our project demonstrated how systematic improvements can lead to a more reliable and productive manufacturing workflow.
